Support for Deutsche Telekom's CompanyFlex SIP trunks
Voxbi's cloud PBX now works with Deutsche Telekom CompanyFlex SIP trunks via Bring Your Own Carrier, so German businesses keep their trunks and gain a modern PBX.
After three years of work and 4,500 customers' feedback, here is the new Voxbi: a cloud PBX rebuilt around how people actually use a phone system.
After three years of work and feedback from more than 4,500 customers, we are proud to introduce Voxbi 2.0, our new cloud PBX.
We didn't just redesign a phone system. We rethought how people actually use one. Every menu, every setting, every label was built from real user feedback and over a decade of running business telephony. The result is a PBX that speaks your language: clear, structured, and easy to manage, whether you're an IT admin or a small business owner.
Voxbi 2.0 pairs that new experience with modern communication tools that work everywhere: in your browser, on mobile, and on desktop.
From user setup to call flows, everything is managed in the new Cockpit web interface. Do it yourself, or let our team co-manage with you when you need a hand.
Use Voxbi on any device: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or straight from your browser. Your account stays connected wherever you are, in the office or on the go.
Voxbi is fully developed and hosted in the European Union. Your communication data stays within EU borders, protected by European privacy standards and managed by our in-house teams.
A new statistics system built on Grafana gives you live insight into call activity, waiting times, and agent performance. Filter and export the data for deeper analysis, and ask us to add new graphs whenever your reporting needs change. See call analytics.
Presence and location-based logic make sure every call reaches the right person at the right moment. Users, team leaders, or HR can set states like in a meeting, on holiday, or sick leave, and the system adapts automatically. It even respects schedules and the right to disconnect. More on call flows, IVR and queues.
Built on Voxbi's presence system, the Tempus module adds full time and attendance management. Employees badge in and out, request absences, and manage shifts in the same platform. Paired with hardware badging terminals, it turns your PBX into a central tool for both communication and workforce coordination.
Voxbi already transcribes and summarises calls, and we ship improvements every week. Transcripts will soon feed directly into Grafana dashboards, so calls can be classified by keyword and analysed in real time. It is an early look at how AI turns everyday conversations into something you can act on. See AI transcripts and summaries.
Voxbi connects directly with Odoo, keeping calls, contacts, and activities aligned. Each call links to the right customer record, whatever device or software you use. Answer or place calls straight from Odoo, view call history, and open recordings or transcripts without switching tabs.
Our own FMC SIM card links directly to your Voxbi PBX. Your mobile shows your company's fixed number, and every call is logged in Voxbi and Odoo just like a desk call. AI features like transcription and analytics apply automatically. It works on regular mobiles as well as smartphones, which makes it a practical alternative to traditional DECT systems.
Voxbi now supports more hardware for different industries. It works with Wi-Fi handsets from Yealink, Fanvil, and Grandstream, dual Wi-Fi and DECT devices from Ascom, and specialised hotel phones. It also integrates with DAKS alarm servers from Tetronik and with Shelly devices to trigger visual or audible alerts. That is ideal for hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, and anywhere quick communication matters.
Voxbi adds granular access control, so administrators can assign roles and permissions per user or group. Sensitive features like recordings or analytics stay restricted to authorised staff. See security and compliance.
Users log in with their existing Microsoft or other SSO accounts. SSO simplifies onboarding and enforces your corporate authentication policies.
Voxbi supports recording policies that meet MiFID II and PSF standards. Store recordings on your own storage, including immutable options in Azure.
Voxbi integrates with Microsoft 365 and Teams, so users make and receive calls without leaving their collaboration workspace. Office 365 contacts sync automatically, keeping directories current across devices. For larger rollouts, the Voxbi desktop app can be mass-installed and configured through Group Policy (GPO).
Since July 2025, every new customer has been deployed on Voxbi 2.0. We are confident this new codebase, modern interface, and wider feature set will change how businesses see the traditional fixed line. When a phone system is AI-ready, works on any device, and plugs into your daily tools, it stops being just telephony. It becomes part of how your team works.
Next up: a new set of APIs that let third-party vendors and developers build Voxbi into their own systems. We will keep expanding the ecosystem and connecting to the tools our customers use every day.
