Yes. Voxbi stores call data and recordings in EU data centres by default, encrypted at rest. Retention periods, client notice, and access controls fit your firm's GDPR register and confidentiality obligations.

Can access to recordings be restricted to authorised staff?

Yes. Access is role-based. A typical setup gives the managing partner or compliance officer full access while each lawyer retrieves only their own calls. Access is logged for audit, and specific extensions can be excluded from recording entirely for privileged communications.

Can each lawyer have a direct number, including in other countries?

Yes. Each professional gets a dedicated number, and you can add numbers in Belgium, France, or Germany alongside the Luxembourg one. They all ring the same softphone and mobile app, so a cross-border client calls a local number while the lawyer answers wherever they are.

What happens to calls when a lawyer is in court or a client meeting?
