Can we give customers a local number in each market?

Yes. Voxbi issues local numbers across the markets we serve, so customers reach a local number and pay local rates, all routed into the same call flow and team. If you already hold a foreign number, porting it across is usually possible. Coverage and per-country rates are on our pricing page.

How quickly can we add a seasonal or temporary agent?

A couple of minutes per person in the dashboard. No hardware, no engineer visit, and no lead time. You add seats for a Black Friday or holiday peak and remove them afterwards, so you only pay for the period the extra staff are active.

Can callers see their place in the queue on a busy sale day?
