Do prices include VAT?
No. Every price is shown excluding VAT.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start a free two-week trial of Voxbi. The trial does not include emergency calling.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. Inbound and outbound number porting is supported from the Starter plan up, and we handle the move with your current provider.
What is the difference between per-user and per-channel pricing?
The per-user plans (Starter, Pro, Pro AI) bill for each user. Voxbi Call Center bills per concurrent channel instead, which suits high call volumes and fewer named users.
How are numbers and calls billed?
Phone numbers start at €1.60 each (DE, FR, NL, ES, IT, PT); paid plans do not include one, Free includes 2. Calls are billed per minute to the 140+ destinations we reach. There is no flatrate package, and destinations outside that list are not available.
What support is included?
Every plan includes email support. Phone support and on-site support are not part of these self-serve plans.
Where is my data hosted?
Voxbi is built and hosted in the European Union, so your calls and data stay within EU borders.
