Do prices include VAT?
No. Every price is shown excluding VAT.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start a free two-week trial of Voxbi. The trial does not include emergency calling.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. Inbound and outbound number porting is supported from the Starter plan up, and we handle the move with your current provider.
What is the difference between per-user and per-channel pricing?
The per-user plans (Starter, Plus, Plus AI) charge for each named user. Voxbi Channel charges per concurrent call instead, so you pay for the lines you actually use. It fits when you have more phones than people, like shops, hotels, or shared desks.
How are numbers and calls billed?
Phone numbers start at €1.60 each, available in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Portugal; paid plans do not include one, Free includes 2. Calls are billed per minute. Voxbi One reaches a focused list of destinations; Voxbi Managed reaches every destination worldwide.
What support is included?
Every plan includes email support. Phone support and on-site support are not part of these self-serve plans.
Where is my data hosted?
Voxbi is built and hosted in the European Union, so your calls and data stay within EU borders.
