Cloud PBX for accounting practices

Voxbi is a cloud phone system for accounting practices, fiduciaires, and bookkeepers. It handles the deadline-season call surge with queues, gives each client a direct line to the accountant who knows their file, and keeps every call recorded and EU-hosted, with no hardware on site.

  • GDPR recording, hosted in the EU
  • Routing you change yourself
  • Direct lines for every client manager

Is Voxbi a fit for your practice?

A ten-second check before you read on.

Good fit if you

  • See call volumes spike around tax and reporting deadlines
  • Want each client routed to the accountant who handles their file
  • Need recorded, traceable calls for advice and instructions
  • Add seasonal or temporary staff who need a line on day one

Worth a conversation first if you

  • Are a one-person practice with very low call volumes
  • Have data-residency requirements beyond standard EU hosting
  • Work from a building with unstable internet
  • Run an outbound collections desk that needs a power dialer

Why client calls pile up when the deadline does

Deadline weeks bury the lines

When everyone calls about the same filing date, both lines stay busy and clients hear an engaged tone. The ones who matter most are the ones who give up first.

Calls land on whoever picks up

A client reaches reception, explains their situation, then gets passed around because the accountant who knows their file is on another call or out of office.

No record of what was advised

Instructions and figures get agreed on the phone with nothing logged. When a question comes back months later, there is no recording to check.

What changes on day one

Same main number, no hardware on site.

  • An engaged tone through deadline week A queue with position and wait-time announcements
  • Clients passed around to find the right accountant Direct extensions and routing by team or skill
  • Phone advice with no record GDPR-compliant recording, retrievable by date or caller
  • Temp staff waiting on a desk phone A working line in the app on their first morning
Made in Luxembourg

Your clients' data never leaves the EU

Voxbi is built and hosted by a Luxembourg telecom operator, so every client call and recording stays under EU data-protection law, not a US provider's terms.

Frequently asked questions

Is client call data stored in the EU?

Yes. Voxbi stores call data and recordings in EU data centres by default. Retention periods, client consent, and access controls fit your practice's GDPR register and engagement terms.

Can each client reach the accountant who handles their file?

Yes. Give accountants direct extensions and route by team or skill, so a regular caller reaches the right person without going through reception every time.

Can we add temporary staff for the busy season?

Yes. Add a user in the dashboard and they take calls from the desktop and mobile app the same day, on your number. Remove them when the season ends. No hardware, no waiting on a provider.

Does call recording help with compliance and disputes?

Recording captures the advice and instructions agreed on a call, retrievable by date, caller, or extension, with role-restricted access. Clients are informed before recording starts.

Can the IVR handle French, German, Luxembourgish, and English?

Yes. A language choice at the main menu routes each caller to language-appropriate options, with menu audio you record and update from the dashboard.
