Can we set Voxbi up ourselves, without an IT project?

Yes. You add users and numbers and build your call flow from the dashboard, no IT project. We help you get the initial setup right, then day-to-day changes are self-serve.

How does pricing work as we grow?

Pricing is per user, so you pay for the people you have and add or remove users as the team changes. You can pay only for the calls you make, or go unlimited with a flat per-user rate in the included countries. There is no server or licence to buy.

Can we keep our existing number, or get a new one?

Both. You can port an existing number into Voxbi or set up a new local number, and connect SIP phones you already own. You keep the number as the team and the office change.

Will it scale when we expand to other countries?

Yes. Voxbi grows user by user, with local numbers across Luxembourg, Belgium, France, and Germany, so the same system runs from your first office through to international expansion, with no costly migration along the way.

Is our data kept in the EU?
